I've been taking it for a very long time now. It works well for me. I see that it kind of wears off after about 7 hours, but I don’t feel like it’s a huge difference once the effect is gone. When I was in school it helped me concentrate and I went from being a D student to an A/B student. It just really helped me pay attention. I would really recommend this medication to anyone who has ADD/ADHD.

Have been on this for about 2 years now, it was a bit rough the first month, but each month got better. By the third month I felt normal. Had a bit of nausea during that time, but never threw up. No longer have irregular periods, and now they are much shorter and I don't feel sick when I have them. I tried for 5 days,and had all the worst symptoms you can. I even lost my mojo. After 5 days I stopped taking the medicine cold turkey, got my mojo back, and during withdraw I had the nicest dreams. I am going back to 5-HTP and other naturopathic anti depressants. They worked best for me. Better then being high all day and not sleeping for more then 2 hours at a time.

I have recurrent UTIs and so my doctor often prescribes me cipro. The UTI usually goes away after about 3 days of medication. I love how quickly cipro relieves the pain, however, it is important that you take all of the medication prescribed and that the doctor gives you enough as you can become resistant and/or get a kidney infection if not all of the bacteria is killed.
