This is my second course of Lymecycline. It's a long road with little in the way of immediate results, but it cleared up my acne brilliantly the last time, so hoping that it does so again this time around. The headaches are driving me to despair and it's not making me feel as happy as usual, but I only have another 4 weeks to endure...

It greatly relieved the itching I would get from my skin rubbing on certain surfaces or materials that would use it. However, I try not to "overuse" it on one spot as I feel it changes the color of the skin.

I have always suffered from constipation and I tend to use dulcolax for my constipation and it always makes it better for me to evacuate my bowels, and experience less discomfort.

This was a life saver. After suffering close to 15 years of serious insomnia, I found GABA. It enables me to get 5-6 quality hours of sleep whereas I could not sleep for more than 1 hour at a time previously. Usually, I am able to sleep 7-8 hours although the last two aren't as restful.Since I'm able to sleep again, my anxiety has dropped, my mood has stabilized, I'm not tired all the time, and I'm just feeling better. I have been taking quasense for over a year and love it!!!! I skip the placebo pills every 3 months and go straight to the reg pills so I do spot a little every few months, but its better than bleeding for days and having all the other symptoms that go along with a crappy period.... My only complaint is that even the generic is expensive! Walmart has sprintec (generic ortho-tricyclen) for $9 and I pay over $100 for quasense every 3 months. Otherwise no negative side effects that I am aware of... View full comment
