15mg for 1 week extreme sleeping pills make you like a mong in the morning after week 1 i increased to 30 mg less drowsiness still require loads of sleep appitite increased which is not good for me. i would say these pills just mong you out and make you not care rather than improving your mood but im only in week 3 i shall persivere.

Have been taking these enzymes since it was discovered that I had pancreatic cancer. This greatly helps to break up the nutrients in my food. I like the Anabol 10mg. Only tried it once, but will not hesitate to use again. My exsperience was nothing like what I have read. No water retention. Hard, solid gains that haven't went away yet after 3wks of discontinue. No use of PCT or Nolvedex type drug. For the money it cant be beat. This leads me to believe that everyone is unique and will not nessesarily have the same results as reported by the norm or even manufacturer.
