I was 17 weeks pregnant when I had a shingles outbreak. This was my second instance of a shingles outbreak, but first time using Valtrex. I used to take Claritin for allergies but it wasn't cutting it anymore. I started this nasal spray as needed last year and it is great. I don't have to worry about allergies anymore and I can take it when I'm sick to see if I just have allergies or a cold because if it was allergies it would go away in no time.

If I accidentally eat a nut and get an allergic reaction, before it becomes serious enough to need my EPI pen I take a benadryl or two and it gets rid of all my symptoms. It's a literal life saver. Try it if your'e allergic to nuts.
