I was diagnosed with juvenile osteoporosis at a very young age. I broke a number of bones in my chest, back, feet, and arms. This is a great idea. Gardasil is reported to cause a wide range of possible side effects including possible breast cancer, insomnia, fever and swelling. Everyone taking this vaccine should take this survey and monitor the results- even better pass them on to Merck or the FDA
