My doctor recommended Lantus. It is more expensive and less effective than the NPH I was taking. I was on 2 injections per day before Lanus. Now I have to take short acting insulin before each mean and Lantus before bed. I feel like a pin cushion and my blood sugars are no better. Taking the extra insulin has caused weight gain. Very concerned that my daughter stomach and over all sick feeling is from this series of shots - she has stoamch pains, overall feeling of sickness. - Drs cannot find anything wrong with her- we have done blood work, untrasounds, scans etc... everything comes up negative yet she still had pain- i researched the vaccine and suddenly I realized that her problems started after having these vaccine. I suffer from rapid-cycling biploar disorder & have been taking anti-depressants for just over 10 years - I've been through Prozac, Citalopram, Sertraline, the list goes on... Please reconsider getting that third dose - it could cause much worse physical issues. Our daughter became disabled after the second dose.

This drug is very expensive (approx $3 a pill/1000mG), and the side effects are horrible. Although they tend to diminish after 6-12 months, the itching and hot flashes are a sure sign from your body that something is wrong. Concentrated fish oils and other remedies work better, and will not destroy your body.

I am possibly taking agomelatine. I have been on a study for about a month now (there is 1/4 chance I am receiving a placebo.) It might not be related at all but since I am taking this medication, I often wake up in the morning and my penis hurt. As if the blood pressure was too high. Not too sure what to do. It usually dont last more than an hour and I never have this problem during the day, its always early morning and it actually wakes me up because it is so painful.
