I ENDED MY PRESCRIBED 5-YEAR PERIOD OF TAKING TAMOXIFEN (100 MG PER DAY) APPROXIMATELY ONE YEAR AGO. RIGHT AFTER STOPPING THE MEDICATION, I STARTED EXHIBITING SIGNS OF ELEVATED INTRACRANIAL PRESSURE OF CEREBROSPINAL FLUID (CSF). There are so many different kinds of medications out there. You aren't just going to immediately find the right one for you. It's all about trial and error. Trust me, it's an agrivating process and I've wanted to give up many times (I started trying different meds about 7 months ago) I have confedence that I will find one right for me. I have osteo arthritis and bone on bone in my knees. Previously, I took Glucosamine-Chondritin/MSM or Alleve and didn't get anywhere near the good results and had to be concerned about liver damage. I would advise some users to cut back their dosage if they are getting heart palpitations. Four per day sounds waaay to high.

The problem is that, the food is highly selective. I have to constantly choose what to eat, and what not too. This is seriously annoying, because carbohydrates are almost everywhere. When my blood sugar is too low, I take some malt or any sweet drink to balance it. When it is too high, it has side effects too, such as loss of your mind, fever, hallucinations, etc.
