I would tell someone to take it because it makes me feel better. I after I eat and my reflux is controlled. Even when I eat food that causes more reflux, my reflux is well controlled with the Prilosec OTC.

I was diagnosed with General Anxiety in 2003. I briefly went on Buspar and Effexor; Effexor practically put me in a fog, so I didn't end up taking it very long. In 2005 I took on employment at a call center and in 2006 began to have serious panic attacks. Needless to say, preparing to go to work each day only added to the anxiety I felt. I stopped taking Singulair and my life changed for the better. I no longer feel depressed or have any desire for self-harm. I took Singulair for several years and within the month after I stopped taking it, I felt incredibly better. I will never take this medication again.
