I took one Zylfamend PM (only half the recommended dosage). I felt better the next day in terms of noticeably less body aches and less fatigue. I knew beforehand that ginger and turmeric are very "heating" herbs and will throw my ying/yang off balance. NEVER AGAIN will I take this crap. I can't believe it made it on the market. I remember my first few doses where I was lying in bed frozen since the slightest movement made the whole room spin. My eyes felt like they were being spun out of my head and my body trembled from the inside. The side effects were really bad for 3 hours after taking my dose. Since starting Trivora I've become extremely depressed and moody. I've always been a little insecure, but the medicine seems to magnify it exponentially. My mood jumps from one extreme to the next. I sometimes feel like I'm on the verge of total insanity and even have suicidal thoughts at times.

Although I had allergic reaction with each infusion, the side effects from the Taxol got better after 7-10 days. I didn't have nausea at all (actually had a very good appetite) except my stomach was queasy for about 7 days after 4th infusion. I had an odd taste in my mouth with excess saliva for a several days after infusions. Very tired but that too improves after 7-10 days. Your situation appears similar to mine. I had been taking Avapro (AKA Irbesartan) 150mg 2x daily which was doing the job. Then my drug insurer refused to cover it. Losartan was suggested as an alternative so I began that. I was on 50mg 2x daily which seemed to work; that was in 2012. I moved to a new state in 2012 and changed doctors.
