I only take Tylenol cold/sinus when I'm sick so I don't have many experiences with it, but the times I have taken it, it has been ineffective.

Moringa oleifera has substituted all my synthetic multivitamins/minerals intake. Excruciating pains in my left shoulder blade due to an accident decades ago has now disappeared. I take the heaped spoonful of dried leaves powder shaken together in a 75cl bottle of water first thing each morning daily. I am happy with this regime, but only consider the long term side effects (if any). Can I safely increase the dosage for additional benefits or is there any long term side effect? As for me, I do... Children's Tylenol is very effective in reducing fever and relieving aches and pains for my children during the times they had fever or flu-like symptoms. However, I noticed that for my 11 year old daughter, she had hallucinations on two occasions after taking Tylenol. I'm not sure if that is due to Tylenol or because of her fever.
