I was put on Lyrica to control my sciatic nerve pain after I had back surgery. I took this for three months and I saw no improvement in my pain that I was having in my leg. I experienced heavy fatigue while taking this I was always tired and felt kinda light headed and dizzy. My doctor took me off of this and prescribed me Keppra instead, it was a much better product for me.

I am confused as to dosing,as some articles say 2000 IU or 5,000IU.I want to use it to boost immunity to the flu. My husband had prostate cancer,I have fibromyalgia and have an 8 year old child.Some say do not take it on a sunny day.Others say up the dosages if there is a flu outbreak.Most MDs are clueless about vitamins.Mine has not heard of its usage for the Swine flu.Europe is way more advanced .Do I have to take it all winter? My doctor has me take asprin along with atenolol and amlodipine to regulate my blood pressure and prevent a second stroke
