The Dr. gave me Atenolol for because I had high blood pressure. Ever since I started taking it i have had tingling in my arms and fingers. My hands also become swollen at night and I can't take off my rings in the morning.

i feel this way after almost one year (half that year was on the generic microgestin), and finally realized my feeling may be a side effect of junel. thought it was just me and didn't know how to control my mood. cryin right now actually :( i think i may skip tonight's pill and just stop birth control for good. the hormones are horrible for the environment anyways. i plan to start using condoms and natural family planning instead. ....or i may just try the ring bc it is supposedly much lower... same with me, extremely uncomfortable discontinuation symptoms post 24 hours (feels like I have the flu) - does anyone have any insight into how long it takes for those symptoms to fade? I'd like to get off the meds

for sufferers of mild sleep proplems I believe this may be a good sleep aid but if you use it over an extended period of time you find that you wont be able to sleep without it
