I started taking Metformin when I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. I started at a lower dosage twice daily and moved up to 850mg 3 years later and I haven't really had any problems with my blood sugar since then. Metformin keeps my blood sugar very stable and I am very happy with it.

I started this pill two months ago.. I began with having hot flashes at night, constant urge to urinate as well. About three weeks ago I started feeling numbness in my arms, and hands. I started breaking out around the mouth area, headaches, and a lot of bloating..I really began feeling like I was pregnant with bloating, nausea, and tiredness.. Currently waiting on my doctor to call me back to see if I should stop taking it..

Having taken clonazepam approx; for six years (chronic pain). April 2004 I underwent surgery for a spinalcord stimulator implant, which was very successful. I use this ingredient as part of an Ayurvedic Sleep tea. This combination of Holy Basil, common herbs and Ashwaganda and Gotu Kola has helped greatly with my sleep problems. Insomnia used to be a problem 3-4 times a week. Now it is rare to occasional.

I'm 33 this year and have been using Mirena for 4 years 8 months after having my 2nd child. The insertion was a bit painful and I felt cramps after that, but it didn't last long and was bearable.
