Went on the pill for cramps specifically, but the WHOLE first month i had unbareable abdominal cramps nearly as bad as the actual menstrual cramps. As soon as this eased away with the second-third month pill pack, the side effects hit me phsychologically. I've become very moody and intolerant to EVERYTHING. My anxiety has gone through-the-roof and I plan to make an appointment as soon as i have a free day to make an appointment to change prescriptions.

I use this ingredient as part of an Ayurvedic Sleep tea. This combination of Holy Basil, common herbs and Ashwaganda and Gotu Kola has helped greatly with my sleep problems. Insomnia used to be a problem 3-4 times a week. Now it is rare to occasional.

I have been using Nuvaring for about 6 years now. I recently have started to have blurred vision, severe vertigo, fatigue, rashes and much more. I feel that my symptoms have worsened over the last 6 years but I have just now realized that this was the problem. If you feel any different on this medication, trust yourself and go tell your doctor because it is probably the medication. I am very disappointed with Gelnique. Doesn't give me any relief. Will go back to taking Oxybunin Chloride Tablets. They don't work perfectly but much better than Detrol or Toviaz which don't work at all. I have suffered from Urge Incontinence all my life and it is a most frustrating, embarassing condition. And it is $69.00 after my prescription insurance pays. Tablets are much cheaper but more dry mouth and other side effects.
