I turned 65 this July 28. Five years ago I had, and used weekly, a fitness club membership. I went Kayaking, camping, fishing, walking, played volleyball, and hosted/attended a variety of writing/poetry venues. Taken 20mg for post traumatic head injury. At first great-headache gone but got very groggy in the morning, had real sugar cravings, heart rhythm problems and just not feeling quite on the earth. So have cut to 10mg for 3 days and stopped altogether today. Yeah I know you are not meant to stop but I think this drug is not that good for me,now the headaches are much better. Here's hoping anyway!!

I have strange dreams-when I wake up In the morning I cannot go back to sleep if I want to-I have all kind s of thoughts that run through my mind and it does not quit until I open my eyes and get up-like this every day-when I need to take a nap I will fall asleep for 20 minutes or so and wake up startled and feel lonely again-have that and I do not like it at all. may get off this med when I can.
