Yaz was great for the first three months, then all of a sudden i became a horrible person to everyone around me. It is great to use before or exercise. It also works once you are already out of breath. On the down side it can take 10 to 15 minutes to help you catch your breath. It makes you hyper and your heart beat faster.

I used Tolperisone as an alternative to Limptar in preventing leg muscle cramps. While growing up I had very painful periods, and one year when I went in for an annual checkup the doctor had discovered a cyst on my ovary.
