I know it's been a short time sense I've been taking Yaz. 2 weeks actually, but ever sense day one i've been tired, irratable and having EXTREME headachs. I've been bleeding heavy for 14 days now also the cramping has gotten WAY worse. I was put onto this pill to help with crapming and to make my cycle shorter and lighter, its done the complete opposite. I have suffered from asthma all my life and used to use Albuterol before it was reformulated. The proair did not work at all for me. It did not puff out of the countainer far enough to be effective. I now use Xopenex HFA and it worked much much better than Proair HFA. I was very unsatisfied with the Proair.

I was put on Ortho Tri-Cyclen as an attempt to regulate my menstrual cycle and hopefully to help lessen the intense, almost debilitating cramps I experienced every month. It helped with no side effects for me, and also had the added benefit of clearing up my acne, which I hadn't expected.

I feel there is a constant battle going on between my head and my stomach. My head tells me I need more food. When I open the refrigerator or the cupboard my stomach screams out "I can't take any more please help me." I can't seem to figure out when I am legitimately hungry or the drug has taken over my mind.
