I am taking Moringa to help with calcium uptake as I cannot take dairy products (lactose intolerance) or elemental calcium due to family history of cardiac disease and arterial sclerosis. I have found that even taking one pill per day has increased my alertness, decreased joint pain and decreased stress. What I do not like is the nausea I experience. Took Lovastatin for 2 months and developed severe pain in legs and arms and chest. Can't go to work and have been on disability for 7 months. Need feedback from others on how long this lasted.
