I started taking Vyvanse when Adderall XR stopped working for me about 2 years ago. At first the side effects were strong ( I started at 50 mg) including social reclusion, irritability, dry mouth, stomach problems, and loss of appetite- the problem was I didn't notice the social side effects- I just wanted to get things done and nothing else mattered. I had bad pain in my ankle and took the lortab while I was at work. It made me very tired and I didnt coordinate very well. It didnt work to take the pain away and I think that is what made my patience worse
