I took vicodin for pain relief after an ACL surgery. It greatly helped with the pain, but it had some negative side effects, such as dizziness and loss of appetite.

After having the 3rd and final Gardasil injection I experienced shocking headaches and was hospitalised 13 times in 3 months. I lost my sight in one eye which has still not fully recovered. I had numbness of the face and mouth. Weakness on the left side of my body. I have been taking this drug along with other RX medicines. It is hard to say what it has changed or not changed as I have taken several new drugs around the same period of time.

I took them for a short period this past fall. They weren't particularly effective. Not really any different from taking tylenol as far as aches went. The nasal congestion relief was minimal at best.

I started taking advair 250 because of coughing and some wheezing at night. It stopped the coughing and improved seasonal allergies, initially. Could not get into a deep sleep. Advair caused me to have an incredibly dry mouth. It lowered my immune system. I rarely get sick. I was sick constantly, I would just get better and would get sick again immediately. Advil is very effective and quick. I use it for headaches often and it never fails. It also works great on toothaches and sores. I have never had any negative side effects either.
