Ethosuximide
its a strange and unpredictable drug with dire side affects i have to say. i have epilepsy and when i first started it, it made me worse not better. eventually it helped to reduce absences but ten years later and now iv been suffering from a massive increase in tonic-clonic siezures and things like temporary paralysis! that was until i stopped taking it. then i went back to normal. it was deffinately poison for me, even after stabilizing me for ten years, suddenly it just went bad. iv ended... Lipitor is relatively effective for high cholesterol. It works much better when I watch what I eat.

See my mother's Alz experience above. She got into trouble with only 3/4 of a .5 mg tab a day. When I insisted Mom be sedated for invasive procedures at a hospital ER room, they figured they'd give her a full day's allowed dose at once, so that would be 1.5 mg. That put her in LaLa land allright. I was grateful they used it on this occasion. Overuse of this drug could have stopped her breathing. 22 mg in one day. Good grief. Mom's been off it for about a month now, and has NO delusions at all... View full comment

Comparable to Theraflu. The type of packaging mine came in was very convenient. Each application came wrapped in a plastic spoon and could be taken with you at work in necessary. It can be mixed with any drink and doesn't need to be warmed, which I liked a lot. However, you only get like 6 packets and you are paying more than you would be for other brands. Additionally, the packet says the taste is "virtually tasteless"..it's not! But overall, it is very good for colds and flu-is... View full comment
