I have been taking Lexapro for a while now, and it has helped me a lot. I was taking Prozac, but I had adverse side effects to that. This seems to have helped me a lot with my depression and anxiety.

I was wondering if anybody knows how long after the first or second shot these major issue occur? My daughter has had aura's and then followed by a headach and has had 2 of the 3 shots which I have decided not to get the third as this was not a problem before this. Started takin Aleve for knee pain. Developed abdominal pain and couldn't tell if it was bladder or gas. Did not put 2+2 together that it may have been a side effect from the aleve at first. That's how I wound up on this site. Stopped taking it and the abdominal pain went away.

I started taking Lexapro when I was a sophomore in high school after I was finally diagnosed with an anxiety disorder after years of daily symptoms including a fluttery stomach, racing nervous thoughts, uncomfortably noticeable heartbeat, etc. and also occasional panic attacks.
