I have used creatine for muscle mass building purposes. I would take the supplement immediately following my workout routine. I am fairly satisfied with the results of the supplement, as I have been able to increase my strength gradually over the past few years. I noticed a significant drop off in my energy (usually equating to as much as 10 pounds off maximum bench press) when I had not had creatine the day before.

Takes 2-4 days before noticing effects, not very effective. Produces slight side effect of minor skin rash and dry skin. Switched to more highly effective ointments. Seems have to apply more than prescribed per day (three times per day) in order to be more effective.

I am not crazy, I am on the wrong form of birth control for me. I have gained 30+ pounds and have NO sex drive. I am not interested in anything, and I am fat. That being said, I am not pregnant which is the whole point of the IUD. I am taking it out next week and going back on the pill; a new baby is easier to handle than anymore weight gain.

I was 17 weeks pregnant when I had a shingles outbreak. This was my second instance of a shingles outbreak, but first time using Valtrex. The last time I had a shingles outbreak was at age 7 (20+ years ago). I was in pain and worried about my pregnancy. i i rarely had to use my old rescue inhaler maybe once a week sometimes less and it was cheap now im paying $30 for proair and im using it everyday i feel like it making my asthma worse maybe thats what the makers want so they can get richer quicker also it gets clogged up seems like it runs out faster im not sure what to do i dont even think theres other options for rescue inhalers? thats scary
