ibuprofen has done well to me i have never had any side effects although i need a very high dosage because it seems like im becoming immune and the pain doesnt go away. so i need a high dosage

I have rosacea and had been taking oral antibiotic, minocin 50 mg 2-3X per week since 1998; I felt like I was developing a tolerance and might have to increase dosage; instead I went off the minocin, and when my face started to blossom, I took Zyflamend, one capsule per day with food and have been doing so for 3 weeks now. I am currently on day 14 of Wellbutrin sr 100 mg per day. Right now I am not feeling alot better. I have had some dizziness, nausea and a few days of extreme headaches. I am still struggling....still depressed, and anxious. Wondering if the Wellbutrin will kick in shortly , or if I should try something else? Should I give it some more time?? Also on Lyrica 75mg 4x day and Remeron 45mg. in the evening. Thanks
