The medication has really helped clear up my roscea but at the expense of my digestive system. I already had IBS with diahhrea and recently had gallbladder surgery so when the diahhrea become worse I blamed it on the surgery but was confused because I didn't notice it to be any worse directly after surgery. It finally hit me that I had resumed Doxycycline Hyclate a few weeks after surgery and after looking up side affects, I now believe the worsing symptoms could very well be the medication.... I have not experienced any sideeffects or bad reactions to AZOR. I tried Benicar for 3 weeks but it did not lower the my diastolic BP. Before Benicar I had values of 150/85. With Benicar 130/90. The AZOR numbers are consistantly 100/64. I documented all results in an excel spreadsheet and gave them to my doctor. I use a blood pressure cuff just like the Dr uses and a Littman scope. My weight is 170lbs, ht 5ft 9 in. I give AZOR an A+

My doctor recently switched me from pravastatin to simvastatin, since - despite weight loss and adding regular exercise and fish oil - my total cholesterol levels began to rise again.
