Nifedipine is the best of a bad situation. I do not like taking medication - I'm very susceptible to the side effects. However once I increase my water intake, I realise I am not easily affected by the side effects

monoxide has lowered by BP but are worried about pain in side of neck and knife like pain in left arm and left toes, these symptoms usually occur around 4am in the morning. I seem to awake around this time each morning. This morning I felt pain in right eye and felt yesterday my eyesight didn't appear that clear this is worring me.

I am a 42 year old woman who suffers with heavy periods and have done for most of my life! I recently started taking Norethisterone to help with my periods, which has helped. I suffer with anemia due to heavy periods, so regularly take Ferrous Sulphate, however this upsets my stomach and makes me feel ill, so I try and take the liquid form which combines Vit C with the Iron. Moringa Oleifera

I am taking Moringa to help with calcium uptake as I cannot take dairy products (lactose intolerance) or elemental calcium due to family history of cardiac disease and arterial sclerosis. I have found that even taking one pill per day has increased my alertness, decreased joint pain and decreased stress. What I do not like is the nausea I experience. i started levora about a week ago, before then i was very irritable and moody. the pill has actually bettered my mood and ive been very pleasant everyday. my skin is also clearing up. I can say i have been rather fatigued lately, but that is the only negative effect i am experiencing.

Tri-Regol

Tri-regol has been the only birth control that I've been taking that is basically "symptom-free". I did not gain weight, get a yeast infection, have a change in vision or get nauseous or tired, as I have experienced with other birth control pills. It gets a A++ in my book

NuvaRing

I have a brown mark accross my forehead ever since I have taken the nuvaring 4 years ago - it gets worse with suntan. It is similar to "the mask of pregnancy". I also have the brown line on my abdomen from my belly button down - similar to that you get when pregnant. Both of these side effects are mild but I do not notice anyone posting these side effects.
