One of the side effects of birth control pills is abnormal vaginal bleeding. That could mean anything from spotting for a day or two to practically being on your period all the time. You may just be experiencing this because it is your first month, and your body hasn't had time to adjust to the new hormones. Been taking Lyrica for GAD and tremors in my hands. It's the only medication that works for me. My anxiety is gone, and the tremors in my hands are gone with Lyrica. An unexpected side effect is I was able to quit smoking within four days of taking it. And I was a pack and a half a day smoker. It also relieves my severe back pain due to arthritis way better than anti-inflamatories do.

I make an anti-fungal salve for my mother using olive oil infused with black walnut husks. She has suffered with foot fungus all her life and had very LITTLE relief from her doctor's prescriptions. This is the only thing that helps her. I also add a few drops Manuka essential oil to the salve.

I am confused as to dosing,as some articles say 2000 IU or 5,000IU.I want to use it to boost immunity to the flu. My husband had prostate cancer,I have fibromyalgia and have an 8 year old child.Some say do not take it on a sunny day.Others say up the dosages if there is a flu outbreak.Most MDs are clueless about vitamins.Mine has not heard of its usage for the Swine flu.Europe is way more advanced .Do I have to take it all winter? July 2009 was when I noticed that my menstral cycle was freaking out and there was no more 28 days in between. I was lucky to get 18 days.
