I took Lupron Depot in 12/09 prior to hysterectomy to shrink a fibroid. Never worked and now I have developed hashimotos and continued breathng problems. I had a complete physical in 5/09 and was in excellent health except for heavy periods due to fibroid. Wish doctor had give me birth control pills instead. Do not take this drug unless you have no other options.

I have rosacea and had been taking oral antibiotic, minocin 50 mg 2-3X per week since 1998; I felt like I was developing a tolerance and might have to increase dosage; instead I went off the minocin, and when my face started to blossom, I took Zyflamend, one capsule per day with food and have been doing so for 3 weeks now. This drug was supposed to raise my Hdl, I took it only 3 or 4 times as it really caused my blood sugar to spike. If you are diabetic I would not recommend this

I love it! I have had seasonal allergies for the last 2 years that has caused me to have asthma. (Note I'm 34 and never had asthma before in my life!) In March my allergies start so I start using the twisthaler before my symptoms get to bad and it helps every time. I have never had to use a rescue inhaler. I usually use the twist for about a month and im good until September when my other allergies kick in! I truly recommend it.
