I also had positive results in the first four days. Anxiety was controlled and I had a sense of well being. I am now in the fifth month and am continuing to see a huge improvement in both my mood and temperament. During the second week I did experience blurred vision and slight occasional dull morning headaches. Originally, my dosage was started at 50mg, then raised gradually to 150mg. I have thinning neck discs causing pressure on a nerve and spinal cord and the pain in my arm was unbearable -I was crying at times with it. Lyrica at 600 mg a day (with Tramadol ) has allieviated this but I have had slight vision problems at some times and absolutely no Libido! This medication helped me to get rid of some regular annoying symptoms, such as itching in my vagina aftyer bathing. Flagyl was the best medication for this condition. But I also used samoformine which was very good for private hygiene of the vagina and genital organs. It has a nicely perfume, is very sweet and prevent redness
