I was on TriNessa since I needed a generic for my insurance. I had no major emotional issues or weight gain. I think it did clear up my face--although I have never had a huge acne problem--only occasional breakout--which I had zero on this med. The problem for me was the breakthrough bleeding. before I started a treatment with amlodipine, I used to have several headaches and all the time, and feeling dizzy as well. Since I have been using it, the frequency of the headaches decreased, and I don't feel anymore dizzy.
