Tums helps alleviate minor stomach problems. However it does not help for anything which causes a lot of pain. It helps with minor annoyances. Yes it does help some pain go away, but it isnt pain that is unbearable, it is just as easy to wait out the pain.

Was originally disagnosed with Lupus then it changed to some Inflamatory disorder. After taking 2 - 1000mg. of Carlsons Omega 3 and 2 Zyflamend. I'm finally painless. Much of my inflamation is in the bottom of my feet. I ran out for a couple of months and the pain came right back. I'm sold on this. NEEDS Vitamin Co. recommended this. Thank God!

I have had imbalance for about 6 months now, the doctor referred me to a neurologist but there is a two month waiting list here, I couldn't walk without holding onto walls and furniture and very rarely could I go outside and I walk with a stick, but I also have hypermobility. The stick helps to balance me. Advil is a great OTC medication for minor pains. It's been effective on headaches, toothaches, and even menstrual cramps. It is not always effective on stronger pains. I have also not suffered from any negative side effects.
