Have been taking these enzymes since it was discovered that I had pancreatic cancer. This greatly helps to break up the nutrients in my food. I used Zicam a lot whenever I started to feel sick, and I think it worked (it can be hard to tell because the cold was only developing, but it never got any worse). Unfortunately, I used the Zicam Q-tips as well and lost some of my sense of smell. Now I do not enjoy food as much because I cannot taste it.

I take Ibuprofen OTC for headaches, body aches, cold/flu, joint pain, etc. I usually take 400-600 mg and it is wonderful because it helps with pain and inflammation with NO side effects. When I had my wisdom teeth pulled out I preferred taking 800 mg ibuprofen over tylenol, darvocet, hydrocodone, and percocet. Vyvanse is the best medication I have tried for ADD. I have some insomnia, which I could deal with and which may go away over time. I have taken the drug for 9 days now. My major problem is urgency to urinate, frequent urination and no relief. This awful feeling I will not be able to abide. I have submitted a sample to check for a UTI, but I probably don't have one.
