THE BEST PILL EVER, IT HAS CHANGED MY LIFE COMPLETELY FOR THE BETTER. I AM FREE TO BE NORMAL. WITH OUT MOOD SWINGS, HARSH CRAMPING, IRRITABLE, CONSTANT WEIGHT GAIN FROM BLOATING AND MONTHLY FOOD AND ALCOHOL CRAVINGS. ALL GONE HAVE LOST 15 POUNDS. IN THE BEST HEALTH IF MY LIFE. Worked great as an addition to another SSRI when I was having trouble with early morning wakefulness. Actually took care of that problem very quickly and I was very pleased with the outcome. This remained in a steady-state for about 6 months and then I noticed that I was feeling excessively tired during the day and had severe trouble focusing and concentrating. During the winter my hair tends to fall out while im taking this medication. I have been taking this medication since I was born and I have seen good results according to my bloodwork. I get my bloodwork done every 6 months and the only part I don't like is when they take my blood. Other than that I am very satisfied with this medication because the last time I went to the doctor's I gained 5-6 pounds !!! I was very happy about this !

My family has a history of osteoporosis and bone loss, so I take extra steps to make sure my bones are taken care of. Calcium works really well, I feel healthy and strong. The only thing I don’t like about calcium is that the one I take are huge and are sometimes hard to swallow. The taste is also very bad, so to mask the taste, I usually take it with orange juice or raspberry tea.
