I've been taking levora for 1 and 1/2 months and have noticed a change in my personality. My self-confidence has lowered, I always feel fatigued, and overall depressed. I have noticed mood swings and headaches. I'm going to stop taking levora because I don't feel like myself at all, i just want to be happy and energetic again. I've been using motrin for a wide variety of things (from headaches, to muscle pain, to menstrual cramps). In my case, motrin is extremely effective and works quickly. My pain is gone instantly.

I can't imagine taking this for another 4 years. It was hard enough to get through cancer treatments, but to have to deal with this on top of all that is unconceivable. Trying to keep my vigor and conviction to heal, but without sleep and so much pain it is difficult to say the least. I HAVE HAD FAIRLY GOOD SUCCESS AFTER THE FIRST WEEK SIGNIFICANTLY MINIMIZING THE FLUSHING AND ITCHING IF I EAT A SMALL CUP OF PARFAIT OR LOW CAL YOGURT BEFORE I GO TO BED ALONG WITH ONE ASPIRIN OR ALLEVE. SAMS NOW SELLS OVER THE COUNTER NIAPSPAN TABLETS THAT ARE SUPPOSED TO FLUSH FREE. I BELIEVE THE NIASPAN D WEBSITE CAUTIONS PEOPLE TO NOT ABRUPTLY SWITHCH FROM NIASPAN D TO REGULAR NIASPAN.

If you can get the migraine early, it works like a charm. Catch it a little too late (sometimes I'm not quite sure if it's sinus or migraine..) and my life will at least be bearable for the 3 days I would have formerly been flat on my back with ice packs on my head. Depending upon the headache, I've used pills, nasal spray, injections.
