To the person who was taking Xyzal for sinusitis and yelled at your boss I can sure identify with you on this. I previously wrote that while taking Xyzal I was hallucinating. The hallucinations was mostly at night time when I took the pills. I had hallucinations with my boss and co-workers. I kept my family up for 5 days and I lost a weeks pay from work. I used to take claritin for allergies but once zyrtec was placed over the counter I started using it. I have allergies to animals, pollen, and other outdoor things and Zyrtec works for all of them. It also works much quicker than claritin so I can take it on an as needed basis- although during the spring and fall I normal have to take it every day. I relieves itchy water eyes, sneezing, itchy nose and throat, and prevents congestion. Its worked great and I would recommend it for allergies!
