I have noticed more energy since using Testim. No difference in libido. I have noticed a slight drop off in energy after the 6th week. I have started regular light exercise and have noticed muscle growth. Some shoulder muscle pain, but that may be due to exercise. My major concern is hair loss. I was loosing some up top, but have noticed that it has increased. Will get blood test in February to see where my T levels are now (was 200). Can I take Propecia to offset the hairloss due to Testim?

I can't imagine taking this for another 4 years. It was hard enough to get through cancer treatments, but to have to deal with this on top of all that is unconceivable. Trying to keep my vigor and conviction to heal, but without sleep and so much pain it is difficult to say the least. I have gained weight and try to excercise but I now have tears in the miniscus of both knees and looking at surgery for that. I also have arthritis in both knees I didn't have before. Ive been on this medication ever since I got diabetes, it has never given me any problems. I take 30 units in the morning and 15 units in the afternoon. And I have no complaints with this insulin shot.

It is great to use before or exercise. It also works once you are already out of breath. On the down side it can take 10 to 15 minutes to help you catch your breath. It makes you hyper and your heart beat faster.
