When I forget to take it on time, I get little "electric" shocks, I used to get them when I was starting on the medication as well. I don't really feel like it's doing much for me (if anything at all), I have it paired up with mianserin hydrochloride (20 - 30+ mg / day in the evenings depending on how tired I am - how much rest I've been skipping on previous days) which seems great. Having taken clonazepam approx; for six years (chronic pain). April 2004 I underwent surgery for a spinalcord stimulator implant, which was very successful. I have been more than happy and satisfied until I came to know, all PRAZOLE substitutes can cause osteoporosis [a study done in U.K. and USA] I am noworried, as I have past menopause abot 10 years ago and am already taking Ca and other substitutes. I recently stopped taking PANTOCID and my husband put me on a different drug RANITIDINE Hcl, but it is not suiting me. I want to re-start PANTOICID but worried as it may worsen my osteoporosis further.

I started taking Metformin when I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. I started at a lower dosage twice daily and moved up to 850mg 3 years later and I haven't really had any problems with my blood sugar since then. Metformin keeps my blood sugar very stable and I am very happy with it.
