Within about w two hours, I had all the diigestion-related symptoms of the flu (even though I do not and did not have the flu). I will usually take green tea when I feel like I am getting a cold, or if I have a cold, and it usually makes me feel better. From experience, I would recommend having it on an empty stomach, because it makes me nauseous.
