It improved my breathing with only using one puff per day and lasts over 24 hrs. I have had many side effects which I did not before attribute to it but now believe have only occured since taking it for almost a year. I started taking advair 250 because of coughing and some wheezing at night. It stopped the coughing and improved seasonal allergies, initially. Could not get into a deep sleep. Advair caused me to have an incredibly dry mouth. It lowered my immune system. I rarely get sick. I was sick constantly, I would just get better and would get sick again immediately. Dexedrine can act as an appetite suppressant. Although some may take advantage of this characteristic, I find that if I don't keep protein and small meals going and drink a lot of water I become edgy and nervy. Even if you don't feel hungry it is better to have a little something healthy (not sugary as this spikes and drops energy levels). I have just completed my my first pack of Seasonique however around the 4th week of taking them I started bleeding. I am now going into my 2nd week of bleeding and not liking this at all. I am not sure whether I should stop and get my body back on track with normal periods or continue taking the pills in hopes that it will stop the bleeding. I was attracted to Seasonique because of the 4 pds a year but now im not so sure.
