When I first started Effexor (at 37.5mg), it was like a Godsend. I felt immediately like things were going to change with my life. I started to lose some of the weight I'd put on because of the depression, and my counselor and I started talking about transitioning so I wouldn't have to come in every week. HI I was on vivelle dot .0375 but was getin to many hot flashes in could not sleep so my Dr. put me on Eastrasobr topical took away the hot flashe but noticed my well being was not there would start crying for no reason at all so I called my pharmacy in they said it was to much estrogen for me so I'am going to do try in error in use one packet on bothe lest instead of 2 packets a day I hope this works if not I have an appt with my dr. in hope to find somethin to make me feel normal again.

Took just one capsule because it was recommended as a natural way to reduce arterial inflammation and prevent heart disease for which I have genetic predisposition. Had heart palpitations/strong heartbeat from that dose 4 times. The effect was felt within and hour of taking Zyflamend. I am stopping taking it.

I took it for 28 days as a substitute for potassium, I lost one pound per day, it caused me nausea, and pain. I became more light sensitive. It caused me to have pancreatis. Also, it caused my stomach to tie up in knot.
