It works well for me. My only compliant is that it tastes horrible. It's hard to swallow with water. It usually gets stuck to my tongue when I go to swallow.

I had been taking Zyrtec for about 5 years and before that was taking an older form of Allegra. As many allergy sufferers know, these and all allergy medications only work for a short amount of time before your body becomes immune to the effects. I can honestly say after three months of Xyzal, I have been symptom free since day one. I was taking Vitamin D3 and I stopped taking to make my own observations. I find that when I take vitamin D3 four hours later, still BP is higher. Don't know if it's a coincidence but evaluating.
