I've taken Lisinopril for about 12 years. The last year and a half I started to get a "patchy numbness" on the bottom of my feet. I felt that this was most likely due to the addition of Clonidine to my blood pressure Rx's. I told my doctor about this and she then doubled my Clonidine. I have struggled with frequent bouts of insomnia since high schools. I've tried almost every prescription sleep aid on the market with less than positive results. They often left me feeling exhausted, had vivid, violent dreams, and overslept numerous times. Melatonin has been a life-saver. I take the 5 mg pill a half hour before bed and I sleep pretty well; almost the whole night through.

I like the Anabol 10mg. Only tried it once, but will not hesitate to use again. My exsperience was nothing like what I have read. No water retention. Hard, solid gains that haven't went away yet after 3wks of discontinue. No use of PCT or Nolvedex type drug. For the money it cant be beat. This leads me to believe that everyone is unique and will not nessesarily have the same results as reported by the norm or even manufacturer. I have been on benicar a couple of weeks, although i feel alot better,i noticed a couple of side affects,musle cramping (minimal) notice i can't chew my food as long as my jaw gets very tired. incontinance at nights 2 times in 14 days.
