I too am hyperthyroid. I was prescribed carbimazole and had an allergic reaction with a skin rash which erupted within days. I then was prescribed PTU, propylithouacil which I initially took at a very high dosage, namely 12 tablets/day and after several weeks lost my taste completely and had bad headaches. My consultant reduced the dosage to two/day after 2 months as I had gone underactive. I gradually regained my taste but then developed pains in my arms so bad I couldn't sleep on my sides... I'm very happy with my experience with seroquel, i take it about 1/2 hour before bed and whithin about 15 minutes i'm asleep, i'm not drowsy upon waking in the morning.

I have always suffered from mild panic attacks and anxiety since my parents divorced as a child. For a long time, I thought it was just a flaw when my doctor explained to me some people just need help relaxing their nerves when it comes to stress and anxiety. Claritin-D 24hr worked great for my allergies. I took is for years, then started to have heart problems. The culprit Claritin-D. I still continue to have heart problems after being taken off the medication, it caused damage to my heart that willNEVER go away . I'm a 26yr old female who's life will forever be changed for the worse because of this. Please keep an eye on your blood pressure and heart rate while taking Claritin-D

I feel like it is really drying my eyes out. I continue to drink plenty of water but I have to take it every 2 hours for the first two days and then every 4 hours for 4 days after that.
