Simvastine was prescribed before I had an angioplasty (stent). But as soon as I was on a higher dose I became very ill.Confusion,memory loss, nightmares,servere muscle pain,depression,blurred vision,lack of appetite. lost interest in things and people I love.

Over a year ago (9/2008) I fell very badly on concrete, with my left leg bent underneath me. After various doctor visits and therapy sessions, which did no good, I decided to do what a friend told me to do for months...TRY ZYFLAMEND! (Using this pill for 2 1/2 years) Pros: Yasmin did a good job of preventing pregnancy, it cleared my skin and made my hair shiny. Cons: I've had more breast tenderness while on this pill, especially a week before my period, which I'm sure contributed to my mood swings. In the first year, I had issues with migraines, but that's calmed down during the second year. It also has been difficult to control my weight, which is my biggest issue with it. I thought Midrin was discontinued. Then I found http://www.Midrin.org and was able to acquire some by asking for the generic name Epidrin. Thank god!
