I am 17, and have been on Ortho tri-cyclen since i was 15. I really like it, except that it is hard to remember to take, and i have had many pregnancy scares. I have an appointment to get mirena, but aftrer looking at reviews, I am considering cancelling my appointment. I have been on and off of Luvox for approximately five years. I recently discussed my current medication regimen and I have decided to stay on Luvox. For me, Luvox has affectively controlled my panic disorder. Occasionally I have a minor panic attack, but even so, it is bearable and it usually passes quickly without that jump out of my skin feeling. I used to take Claritin before it was over-the-counter (after which it failed to work for me) and I also tried Zyrtec, which never really worked for me. Out of all of the allergy medications I've used, Allegra appears to be most effective for my seasonal allergies although it is not quite as effective for my animal allergies.
