It reduces my blood pressure significantly if taken at the right dosage but severe headaches accompany it so I'm taking a reduced dosage. Developed severe cough and allergic asthma also.

I really like tri sprintec . I dont get any spotting even if I miss a pill or two. My acne has cleared up. I dont have any side effects EXCEPT alot of weight gain. I cant fit into any of my clothes and I'm eating much less and alot healthier. Very unsure if I should switch.

I have had a good experience with Claritin-D 12 hour. There are some mornings that I wake up and can barely open my eyes, because they are so swollen from allergies. I can't even function on days like that with out clarintin-D. I will have a runny nose, watery eyes, puffy eyes, and will be constantly sneezing until I take a claritin-D 12 hour, and I feel 10 times better. I do have some muscle aches and fatigue. My biggest problem has been the shakes in the morning especially. After I have Nplate of 2 mcg it is really bad the next day. By mid afternoon and in the evening it subsides. Have not heard of anyone else taking it having the shakes.
