Suddenly my blood pressure is extremely hi.... from 140 - 90 to 176-98+... For the first time in my life I have to take 20 mg of Enalapril twice a day to keep my blood pressure on check. This drug was given to me twice in 24 hrs by IV- I knew the moment it hit my system as I experienced excrutiating pain in my arm muscles and later muscles all around my body felt bruised inside. It was horrible and frightening and I will never go anywhere near this drug again.
