I had taken Advil on occasion in the past and was taking it this time to reduce inflammation in my badly sprained ankle. I had a reaction to it. I switched to Vivelle Dot after being on Premarin for 18 years. I am disappointed that my side effects of weight gain and breast tenderness are bad enough to make me want to stop using it. I feel it is safer than Premarin but I cannot live with the side effects.
