Adderall XR has significantly changed my life. At my age, people complain about memory loss to due age; I have a better memory than I've ever had in my life. Hi, I have been taking Zyflamend PM less than a week. First time taking it, I noticed withen the first hour a sense of relaxation and peace. I began taking it because I have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. Also my joints, right knee have been giving me pain. I also have noticed in my hands and feet this feeling of lightness. It is a great feeling. I am excited to be feeling so good. Really amazed too.

I take Benadryl D for Sinus and Allergies and on occasion, Benadryl Severe Allergy and Sinus Headache. I find that Benadryl does NOT work in hot or humid weather and my nose becomes very stuffy. For Benadryl to take FULL effect, I need to be in a very cold room around 70 degrees. Also, the effects wear off every 4 hours or so and the stuffiness in my nose increases with the intake every four hours instead of decreasing. I agree with anonymous July 18 2009. no joy or happiness in life. I didn't feel anything in fact. my doctor reduced the dosage and now I feel fine. I have more energy and am more motivated.

I was taking it for a few years and I recently stopped taking the medication bc the acid reflux was getting a lot better. Then last week I realized it was coming back again so I just started the medicaiton back up again. Other than that I am very satisfied with the performance of the medication.
