Took it for 6 months starting with a high dosage to treat pericarditis. I kept to a strict diet and only gained 5 lbs during the 6 months but the other side effects were awful. Developed severe joint pain from head to toe and had leg and foot cramps. I would wake at night in terrible pain that was awful enough to leave me crying. Green Tea

I really enjoy drinking green tea. I haven't really noticed anything but I'm not at a certain age which I'd be able to notice anti-aging. But I haven't noticed any side effects either/

I was on a variety of different fertility drugs for about 2 1/2 years. Decided that I didn't like the side effects of being on them, so I stopped taking all fertility drugs at once. My nutritionist recommended Zyflamend to me for my fibromyalgia and ankylosing spondilitis as well as osteoarthritis which I have had for thirty years. It was amazing: within two weeks the burning skin pain associated with fibro was gone, the chronic back pain was gone, and my hands (I teach piano) were more flexible. Claritin-D 12 Hour

I have had a good experience with Claritin-D 12 hour. There are some mornings that I wake up and can barely open my eyes, because they are so swollen from allergies. I can't even function on days like that with out clarintin-D. I will have a runny nose, watery eyes, puffy eyes, and will be constantly sneezing until I take a claritin-D 12 hour, and I feel 10 times better. Omeprazole

This is a horrible drug that caused all kinds of side effects and made me miserable for the last 2 years. Started taking it due to gastritis from NSAIDS. Tried Pepcid first but got acid breakthrough after 1 month. Tried 10 mg capsules of Omeprazole, but they had a nasty aftertaste. Bumped up to 20 mg, then 40 mg. Constant bloating and abdominal pains.
